At Home Made Fresh, we take pride in delivering fresh, hygienic, and high-quality food. Since our products are perishable, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
1. No Return Policy
Due to the nature of food items, we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement in the following cases:
Wrong item delivered
Missing items in your order
Food quality issue (spoiled or not fresh)
Damaged packaging or spillage
3. How to Request a Refund
If you face any issue, please contact us within 30 minutes of delivery with Clear photos or video of the issue

4. Refund Process
After verification, refunds will be processed within 4–6 business days
Refund will be made via:
Original payment method
Or UPI / Bank transfer
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 5 minutes of placing the order
Once preparation has started, cancellation will not be possible.
6. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in these cases:
Delay due to traffic or unforeseen conditions
Incorrect address provided by customer
Taste preference issues.
